August 2024 Market Stats for Barnstable County (Video)
"New Listings were up 10.9 percent for single-family homes but were down 9.6 percent for condominium properties. Closed Sales increased 10.7 percent for single-family homes but decreased 11.3 percent for condominium properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 7.2 percent to $740,000 for single-family homes but was down 3.3 percent to $505,000 for condominium properties. Months Supply of Inventory increased 32.0 percent for single-family units and 54.5 percent for condominium units."
